LARRY GAO
Larry Gao’s journey from making goofy videos and working out with friends from grade school to an expansive career in fitness and content creation was an unexpected one. Born in China and raised in the Bay Area, he’s built a unique personal brand founded on both his inspirational physical transformation and his dynamic interests. Where other fitness creators are more serious and straightforward, Larry leads with his signature sense of humor and leans into his niche passions (namely anime), making the gym feel less intimidating for his growing audience.
Larry is partnered with major fitness brands including Young LA and Gorilla Mind, as well as lifestyle brands like RGMNT. He is also the founder and owner of Shonen Supplements, set to launch in 2024.
