ERIC JANICKI
Eric is not only a pro bodybuilder and content creator but also an educator, entertainer, and business owner (not to mention a husband and father of two!). Though his academic background is in finance and economics, his true passion revealed itself in fitness, leading him to launch his own training business at just 24. Eric quickly earned a reputation as one of Hollywood’s top trainers, and as his influence grew, so did his online presence. It was during the pandemic that his workout carousels and reels gained major traction, turning his platforms into a go-to source for fitness with personality. He’s now the co-owner of HTLT Supplements, the co-founder of Momentus Apparel, and the founder of the SCULPTD app. While he's serious about training, Eric doesn’t take himself too seriously - he lives by the belief that fitness should be as fun and fulfilling as it is transformative.
