JAMES ENGLISH
Hailing from the Boston area, James English was a gymnast for nearly a decade until several injuries forced him to quit. He then began weightlifting at age 14, joining a legendary gym in his hometown and learning from seasoned vets. Despite never being on social media growing up, James took to Instagram in 2019 to start documenting his physical progress and became a natural influencer. Leading with his bold and charming personality, his followers got to watch a self inflicted challenge turn into a passion that won James his IFBB Pro card in 2022, on his first ever prep.
Today, James is an accomplished content creator and trainer based in Southern California. He is the co-owner of Vical Apparel, and works with top fitness brand partners including YoungLA and Gorilla Mind.
